Your satisfaction with Kokonut Koast and our products means everything, it's what makes for good business karma. As a result, we will gladly exchange or refund any item(s) within 30 days of your purchase if you aren't satisfied. So don't worry, be happy - we got you covered.

If you are not 100% happy with your Kokonut Koast product, please take the following steps for a refund or exchange:

• Email us at aloha@kokonutkoast.com
• Allow 2 business days for a claim number and shipping instructions
• Upon receipt of your package we will send your exchanged items or your credit card will be refunded!
• Your credit card statement will show a credit for the returned items, minus shipping and applicable taxes.

Shipping time frame is based on processing time, plus shipping time. It typically takes 2-3 business days to process an order and 5-9 business days from the date they were shipped to arrive. We choose to ship all items flat rate through the USPS. If you need it quicker, just email us at aloha@kokonutkoast.com and we'll make arrangements.

Privacy doesn't just matter when you are slipping into your wetsuit, it also matters each time you type in your contact and credit card information into a website. We take this seriously at Kokonut Koast. We do not sell or distribute your contact information unless otherwise required as matter of law. In addition, we use yahoo stores secure SSL for all credit card processing.
